Job Summary
Refill drinks, remove dishes to the kitchen, and replace table linens and service settings as required. Clean and arrange workstations, chairs, and table pieces while relaying orders to the chef or kitchen. Serve meals to customers, direct guests to buffets, and answer questions regarding menu preparation. Memorize or write down special orders, observe guests to determine if additional needs exist, and confirm when meals and beverages are finished. Work safely to promote a secure environment for self and co-workers while performing other side duties as assigned. This role includes on-call rotation and requires a food handler's card from Utah County, SIPS, and TIPS certification. The position offers a $14.00-$15.00 hourly rate with 401(k) matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Possess food handler's cards from Utah County
- SIPS and TIPS certified
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects
- Knowledge of the rules and uses of numbers, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and statistics
- Able to multi-task
