Job Summary
Deliver fine-dining-level food and beverage service to guests, reading banquet orders and anticipating needs while maintaining professional contact. Setup and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the building, managing inventory and ensuring all areas remain tidy and organized. Participate in setup and cleanup of service items, reset spaces for subsequent events, and store equipment appropriately. Work independently during slower times and respond to customer inquiries or complaints. This role also includes working concessions with a register for tip generation. Candidates must be able to lift heavy objects, including carrying at least 8 entrees per tray, and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects often
- Ability to carry at least 8 entrees per tray
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Must be punctual with consistent attendance
- Must be able to respond to simple complaints or inquiries from customers
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED strongly preferred
- Equivalent experience may be substituted
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred
