Banquet Server - Part Time

Banquet Server role at a world-class property requiring setup for functions (draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, placing centerpieces), serving and clearing tables, bussing, teardown and cleaning of banquet rooms and back hall areas. Responsibilities include assisting with event room setup according to meal period and table needs, preparing condiments and beverages, serving food and beverages to guests, removing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, providing menu information and accommodating dietary requests, delivering warm welcomes and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining safety. Training in stock management and collaboration with other staff is implied by the duties and operating standards of Pyramid Global Hospitality and Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown.
