Job Summary
Banquet Server for Concord Hospitality in Washington DC (Part-Time). Provide guest-focused service during receptions, meetings, trainings, and events by greeting guests, answering menu questions, delivering food and beverages from staging areas, and assisting teammates. Learn buffet, plated, and reception-style service to RCGR standards; set up, execute, and clean up events; anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction through teamwork and effective communication. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; equipment and training provided to support quality guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior serving or hospitality experience a plus
