Job Summary
Greet, assist, and serve guests at MirroCenter functions and events under the direction of the Banquet Manager and Banquet Supervisor. Assist with service prep, room set up, decoration placement, food and beverage service, and clean up of service stations and event facilities. Maintain dining ambiance with a positive attitude while responding to questions, complaints, and requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in all departmental meetings, orientation, and training sessions. Follow all Food Safety regulations and sanitation guidelines. Perform physical demands including frequent standing, walking, stooping, and bending while lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to use departmental equipment, as outlined by the department
- Ability to perform the physical demands of frequent standing, walking, stooping and bending
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality services
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer services
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Previous experience in nutritional services in a medical or hospital setting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Experience in general labor
