Job Summary
Banquet Server responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service at private events and banquets. Duties include executing F&B orders, maintaining knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations, greeting members and guests, addressing complaints, setting up banquet areas, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and state/city-required Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications; preferred experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in banquet/event settings, with completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to uphold Invited’s service standards in a dynamic club environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
