Job Summary
On-call banquet server responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, entering orders into a POS, and ensuring accurate, attractive presentation and timely service. Maintain knowledge of current menu items and changes, manage guest requests and special adaptations, handle payments and cash procedures, and uphold cleanliness and organization in dining areas. Responsibilities include upselling opportunities, adhering to liquor laws and regulations, and providing a high-quality guest experience. Candidates should have prior banquet/restaurant serving experience, working knowledge of POS systems, and appropriate state certifications.
