Job Summary
Provide food and beverage service at banquet events in a Denver, CO setting. Greet guests warmly, present the menu, answer questions, make food and beverage suggestions (including wine), relay orders to the kitchen and beverage services, observe guests to fulfill requests, clear and reset tables, assist with setup/refresh of banquet function rooms, and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain high standards of service and guest experience; capable of handling payments with basic math; able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Reports to the Banquet Manager; this on-call role emphasizes professional, friendly, and efficient service across multiple events.
Required Qualifications
- Previous banquet or restaurant service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
