Job Summary
As a Banquet Server, ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining room cleanliness and attending to guests’ needs. Read Banquet Event Orders for setup, assist in banquet functions, and serve coffee breaks and receptions following established procedures. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness, and keep assigned stations neat during service. Knowledge of menu items and key ingredients is essential, along with assisting lead servers in setup and breakdown of tables and food service areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
