Job Summary
The Banquet Server provides fast and courteous food and beverage service to guests during banquet and catering functions. Responsibilities include serving menu items as per event orders, performing pre- and post-shift side-work, clearing tables, responding to guest inquiries, and assisting with function space setup. Must possess basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as fluent English. The position requires the ability to carry up to 50 pounds and communication skills for guest interactions.
