Job Summary
Serve guests at banquet events, conferences, and special occasions by greeting tables, delivering food and beverage per event orders, and resetting rooms between services. Stock service areas with supplies, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness in banquet spaces. Set rooms with proper linen, silverware, china, and glassware as instructed. Complete daily stand-up meetings, finish computer-assisted training, and return equipment to storage. Resolve guest inquiries and issues while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Work indoors and outdoors, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts. Must pass background investigation, drug screening, and obtain New Mexico Alcohol Server's License.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent
- Year Food or Beverage Service experience
- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers Course within 30 days of date of hire
- Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server's License
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Must be able to push or pull 100 lbs
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, split shift schedule and overtime as needed
