Job Summary
Proactively greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and deliver them to tables while maintaining a pleasant dining experience. Maintain current menu knowledge to describe selections, offer wine pairings, and communicate effectively with culinary staff and managers. Timely and accurately input guest orders into the system, then evaluate dining status to ensure proper timing for clearing used items and serving subsequent courses. Assist in clearing tables, present final checks, and provide a warm farewell. Complete required reports and paperwork, including closing out registers after each shift, while practicing the Company's Service Excellence Pillars and sustainability guidelines. Represent the Company with a positive attitude and professional presentation.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy under pressure of tense/confrontational situations
- Uphold the Company standards, policies, and procedures
- Prioritize and organize tasks and work area
- Ability to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgement as interpreted by the management

- Maintain confidentiality of guest/staff information and pertinent company data
- High school diploma
- 4 months food server experience
- Ability to perform medium work (exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects)
