Job Summary
Serve food and beverages to guests during events and banquets, carrying large service trays with up to 8 meals for plated events or managing buffets for corporate gatherings, weddings, and family reunions. Set up banquet areas including chafers, place settings, and condiments, then breakdown and bus tables to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event. May set up tables and chairs as needed while maintaining a professional and efficient service style in a fast-paced environment. Shifts run from 5am to 12am or 1am, with day shift availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work any shift, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to frequently bend/stoop and occasionally squat, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, and pull
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
