Job Summary
Take, prepare, and deliver drink and food orders for customers while entering patron orders into the computer and verifying accuracy. Clear tables, maintain general cleanliness of the dining area, and assist the chef with food preparation as required. Ensure the server station and bar are stocked and clean, and maintain professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with club dress code. Perform additional assignments per the direction of club or company managers. Attend Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adhere to the policy. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Good oral communication skills
- Can compute simple math and count change accurately
- Able to obtain a food handler's permit or certification
- Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate
- Certified Food Handler (rserving.com or local certification)
- Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate
- Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required
- Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person 50-100%
- Standing and walking 50-75%
- Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling 0-24%
- Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, writing and Driving 0-25%
- Lift in excess of 25 pounds 0-24%
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service preferred
