Job Summary
Set up and break down event spaces, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean environment during events, meetings, and banquets. Report to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. This role requires a warm, professional demeanor with the ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as needed. You must be eligible to work in the United States and available for a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
