Banquet Server

Job Summary
Serves food and beverages to guests during banquet events while adhering to established food and beverage safety controls. Sets up banquet rooms with linen, service-ware, and glassware as instructed, then resets areas after events according to supervisor direction. Helps bus tables, sets additional tables, and performs side-work as needed. Maintains clean work areas and ensures all equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored. Follows safety, sanitation rules, and company policies while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Requires high school diploma, one year of restaurant experience, and ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
- One year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
