Banquet Server

Deliver attentive dining service during banquets and special events by setting up areas, rolling silverware, and preparing food and beverage stations. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and professional presentation. Communicate with team members and leadership throughout events, resolve guest concerns, and handle checks, cash, and tip reporting accurately. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards while maintaining a polished appearance. Requires current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, ability to stand for extended periods, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
