Job Summary
Prepare and deliver food and beverage items in a timely manner while maintaining a professional appearance and mannerism. Assist with set-up of tables, linens, and chairs for banquet events, then provide excellent service across front, back, and side work duties. Adhere to all federal, state, and corporate liquor regulations regarding alcoholic beverage service and intoxicated guests. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures, including the Responsible Gaming Program and RAMP certification requirements. Work full shifts in a high-energy casino environment with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
Required Qualifications
- Must be RAMP certified
- Able to work entire shift, in full costume, without accommodations
- Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
- Ability to withstand physical demands, such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods of time
- Pushing, pulling stooping, bending and squatting continuously throughout shift
- Able to lift and carry 30 pounds, unassisted, for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent employment in related position is preferred
