Job Summary
Set up tables with place settings, arrange buffet stations, and serve guests by carrying food trays and keeping glasses filled. Remove soiled dishes, clear tables after each course, and reset them with appropriate silverware while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. Replenish water and butter as needed, advise supervisors of any complaints, and perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned. Attend pre-meal meetings and adhere to grooming standards and local laws regarding alcohol service. Requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Food safety certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Consistently follows local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
- Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
