Banquet Server

Provide food & beverage service for banquets following Banquet Event Orders; set up and take down events; greet client representatives and guests; respond to requests promptly and politely; monitor and maintain safety, cleanliness and high standards of food quality and presentation; deliver professional, friendly hospitality while coordinating with hotel staff; foster teamwork with other hotel positions; ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service; answer questions about food, beverages, wine, and hotel services as needed; maintain pace and organization in a fast-paced banquet environment; available for varied shifts including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings; benefits include extended health and dental coverage, dining discounts, growth opportunities.
