Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests during events and banquets, ensuring every interaction reflects Invited's service standards. Execute F&B orders with high attentiveness, greet attendees warmly, and address complaints swiftly using service recovery techniques. Prepare and set up banquet areas, manage table arrangements, and complete daily side work like stocking supplies and cleaning work zones. Uphold service training standards while maintaining knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations. Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure smooth operations, following all safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Attendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule
- Additional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays
