Job Summary
Banquet Server responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages at special functions; assists with event preparation and cleanup, answers guest questions, and communicates special instructions to kitchen and bar staff. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior server experience preferred; strong English communication with guests and hotel personnel required. Location: Parkway Prime Steakhouse, Niagara Falls, NY; duties include circulating with trays, guiding guests, and supporting event setup and buffet coordination.
