Job Summary
Banquet Server responsible for preparing for and serving guests during banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation, and warm hospitality; review BEOs, set tables, learn menu items, maintain clean, stocked stations, refill drinks, assist with buffet setup and breakdown, follow policies, and maintain alcohol service certification; typical hours 6:00 am - 2:00 pm with gratuity earning potential $16-$20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- TIPS, CARE (or equivalent) certified, or become certified by first day on the job
- Previous banquet server experience preferred
