Job Summary
The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing and serving guests during banquet functions, ensuring food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation, and warm hospitality. Key duties include reviewing banquet event orders, setting up tables correctly, learning and explaining the menu, maintaining a clean station during service, and assisting with food service setups and breakdowns. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, and prior experience in banquet service is preferred.
