Banquet Server

Set up banquet rooms with linen, service ware, and glassware as instructed. Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, courteous manner. Serve food and beverages according to supervisor expectations, promptly removing dishes between courses and replenishing drinks. Abide by all state, federal, and corporate requirements for serving alcohol. Reset the room after the event to ensure readiness for the next function. Work on a regular basis to comply with attendance rules.
