Job Summary
Provide friendly and professional guest service throughout all events, greeting guests and assisting with accommodating their needs during functions. Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately while assisting with buffet, plated, and reception-style meal service. Communicate with guests regarding menu items and anticipate needs to respond promptly. Assist with event setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup, maintaining clean service areas. Complete side work and prepare for upcoming events while collaborating with associates and management. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $2.15 per hour plus gratuities, with part-time benefits including dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
