Job Summary
Banquet Server for Beaufort Hotel's Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities include providing friendly and professional guest service throughout events such as weddings, receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and private celebrations; greeting guests and assisting with guest needs; delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately; assisting with buffet, plated, and reception-style service; communicating menu items and event details; anticipating guest needs; assisting with event setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup; maintaining clean, organized service areas; completing side work and preparing for upcoming events; coordinating with fellow banquet associates and management to ensure smooth operations; maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or event materials as needed
