Banquet Server

Banquet Server responsible for setting up banquet rooms per event orders, serving banquet meals to guests, maintaining a positive team environment, and upholding high customer service standards. Responsibilities include room setup, ensuring presentation of food & beverage meets Coast Hotels standards, adhering to liquor laws, maintaining safety and food safety standards, cooperating with the Banquet Captain/Manager, and performing other duties as required. Requires minimum 1 year of experience and Serving It Right certification (mandatory); Hepatitis A vaccination recommended. Must be a self-motivated team player with strong customer service, English communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
