Job Summary
Review event orders to understand menus and service procedures, then complete room setup and preparation before scheduled activities. Inspect all equipment throughout the shift, check plates for accuracy, and serve food and beverages while replenishing as needed. Monitor guests to anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction, including tracking alcohol consumption for safety. Clear tables and break down function rooms after service concludes, then complete end-of-shift duties. Inventories materials at the start of the shift to support forecasted business levels. Report any deviations from standards to the Captain or Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of restaurant experience in hospitality or similar environment
- Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
- Customer service skills
- TABC Certification
- Food Handler Certification
- Must be available to work weekends, mainly in the morning, with the possibility of some evening shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast paced, customer service/hospitality industry
