Job Summary
Demonstrate sanitary food handling, properly store and label food items, and maintain standards of sanitation based on County, State, and Federal regulations. Set up banquet areas, prepare tables, and help create a clean, neat work environment for guests. Assure exceptional customer service by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner while fostering a fun environment. Be gracious to all patrons and co-workers, ensuring behavior and appearance comply with established standards. Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events. Enthusiastically support and promote department and company standards and programs. Note that this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.
