Job Summary
Stock ingredients from delivery, walk-in cooler, and storage areas while managing food preparation duties. Serve food and alcohol to banquet guests, responding to their needs and addressing questions or complaints directly or by escalating issues to supervisors. Operate equipment, follow daily cleaning schedules, and prioritize tasks to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. This role requires working irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts, and demands physical stamina for standing long periods. Brooks' BBQ offers a family atmosphere with potential daily tips, meal discounts, and training provided for all staff.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts)
- At least 18 years of age
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods
- Ability to work irregular hours over the week, and over weekends and public holidays when needed
