Job Summary
Banquet Server responsible for the setup and service of all assigned banquet functions. Read and interpret Banquet Event Order and familiarize with the menu for the function. Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and company policy. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas, accommodate guest requests, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with clearing and resetting tables. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; stand/walk for the shift; and be able to lift 25-30 pounds. Full- and part-time positions available.
