Job Summary

The Banquet Server/Bartender is responsible for providing quality service to all customers and ensuring a positive experience for guests. Key responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, functioning as a bartender at events, maintaining bar supplies, conducting inventory, and ensuring cleanliness of workstations. This role requires strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, a high level of energy, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Six months of relevant service experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six (6) months of service experience in a restaurant, hotel or resort.
  • TIPS responsible alcohol service certification, or equivalent or ability to obtain within thirty (30) days from hire date.
  • A valid ServSafe® Food Handler card or the ability to obtain within thirty (30) days from hire date.

Desired Qualifications

  • Service or hospitality industry experience preferred.
