Job Summary
The Banquet Server/Bartender is responsible for ensuring all guests receive a positive experience by providing quality service and maintaining proper equipment and inventory. Key responsibilities include anticipating guests' needs, functioning as a bartender at events, using standardized recipes, conducting physical inventory of storage areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and completing assigned side work. Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills, high energy, self-motivation, and be able to handle multiple priorities. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and six months of relevant service experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Six (6) months of service experience in a restaurant, hotel or resort.
- TIPS responsible alcohol service certification, or equivalent or ability to obtain within thirty (30) days from hire date.
- A valid ServSafe® Food Handler card or the ability to obtain within thirty (30) days from hire date.
Desired Qualifications
- Service or hospitality industry experience preferred.
