Job Summary
The Banquet Server position involves following instructions for event preparation and service, assisting with banquet equipment, garnishes, beverages, and table settings, providing courteous customer service, and reporting on customer concerns. Candidates must have at least six months of experience in a service-oriented role, possess strong guest service skills, and be able to follow directions promptly. This hourly, non-exempt role requires adherence to grooming standards and service guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in service-oriented environment
- Knowledge of catering services and terminology
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to get along well with others
- Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner
