Job Summary
Serve plated dinners, clear and set tables, respond to beverage requests, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation while supporting weddings, conferences, and seasonal festivals. Collaborate with the Event Set Up team and report to the Assistant Food and Beverage Director to ensure operations run safely and efficiently. Deliver friendly, attentive service to large crowds in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment. Maintain a professional appearance and reliability for all shifts.
