Job Summary
Oversee banquet, catering, event, and banquet bar operations with hands-on leadership during events, ensuring exceptional guest service, quality food-and-beverage delivery, proper setup and breakdown, and compliance with safety, cash-handling, and alcohol-service standards. Hire, train, and develop banquet staff while managing staffing, labor costs, and department budgets. Resolve guest and employee concerns and coordinate effectively with other departments. Requires 3–5 years of large-volume hotel or casino event catering experience and 3–5 years of management experience. Must hold a Washington State Food Worker Card, TIPS Certification, and ServSafe certification. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Hotel/Restaurant Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of large-volume hotel or casino event catering experience
- 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience
- Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong leadership, customer service, organization, and financial management skills
