Job Summary
Manage banquet operations by controlling inventories, setting function rooms per event documentation, and conducting pre-event inspections. Lead shifts, schedule staff, and maintain cleanliness standards while reinforcing SOPs and attending daily meetings. Project supply needs, act as a liaison to the kitchen, and handle guest complaints to maximize satisfaction. Review guest feedback with employees to drive continuous service improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
