Job Summary
directs banquet team and personally assists in delivering high quality service; monitors financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection; communicates clearly to all event service staff; plans training to achieve goals; manages banquet services operations including supply forecasting, cost controls (liquor costs), inventory, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards; leads and participates in banquets, fosters guest satisfaction, and maintains relationships with groups for repeat business; collaborates with kitchen staff, leads shifts, conducts monthly department meetings, and drives continuous improvement in guest experience and service quality; upholds equal opportunity commitments and professional conduct at Marriott International.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
