Job Summary
Banquet Manager responsible for directing and motivating the banquet team while delivering high-quality service aligned with event standards. Oversees departmental finances and asset protection, plans supply needs (china, glass, silver, buffet props), enforces sanitation and safety requirements, manages inventories, beverage records, and liquor costs, and schedules staff to maximize profits. Leads and participates in banquet service, coordinates with kitchen staff, conducts regular meetings, drives guest satisfaction, handles guest feedback, and contributes to ongoing training and development of banquet teams. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area.
