Job Summary
Lead banquet staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences at a high-end venue. Oversee event logistics, client coordination, staff scheduling, and health & safety compliance. Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, quality service; manage decor, seating, and menu coordination; conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations; and uphold the venue's reputation through outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience of 3+ years in banquet or catering management
- Knowledge of various types of banquet setups and service styles
- Outstanding leadership, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively deal with clients and staff
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
