Job Summary
Coordinate banquet service during conferences, retreats, weddings, and special events. Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, service stations, and room flips. Serve plated meals, buffets, receptions, and beverage service while maintaining high standards. Provide guidance and support to banquet servers throughout each event. Work closely with the Banquet Manager, kitchen, and bar teams to keep events running smoothly. Help resolve guest requests and maintain clean, organized banquet spaces. Requires previous banquet or catering experience, an Oregon Food Handler Card, and OLCC Service Permit. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly wage plus gratuities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous banquet, catering, or event service experience
- Oregon Food Handler Card
- OLCC Service Permit required or ability to obtain before starting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on our event schedule
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
