Job Summary
Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition; washes dishes, pots, pans, and trays; sweeps/mops floors; sanitizes surfaces; handles waste disposal; assists with storing and transporting supplies; prepares banquet items for setup (chafers, plates, utensils); adheres to Kalispel Tribe Internal Controls and policies; flexible to business levels; maintains a regular attendance record; may be required to be a panelist for Internal Review Hearings; performs additional duties as assigned; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, work nights/weekends/holidays, and meet health/permit requirements (Tribal Work Permit, health/SafeServ/ vaccination).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain Tribal Work Permit
- Valid health card or ServSafe equivalent
- Hepatitis A vaccination
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
