Banquet Houseperson/Set-Up

Set up and break down event spaces, arrange furniture, and prepare rooms according to specifications. Support banquet servers by delivering equipment and supplies, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet areas. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service, anticipate guest needs, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. This role requires the ability to lift heavy equipment, work flexible hours including weekends, and demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
