Job Summary
Banquet Houseperson needed to complete setup and breakdown of banquet equipment, stock and deliver supplies to banquet area, assist bartenders, and refresh meeting rooms. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down banquet equipment per the BEO, delivering liquor/beer from the banquet bar porter, storing and maintaining equipment, keeping work areas clean and hazard-free, and complying with safety standards. Requires ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 150 pounds, and clear English communication; must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain required licenses/certifications. Prior similar experience preferred; equal opportunity employer.
