Lead and support the banquet team while working closely with Kitchen, Events, and Stewarding to ensure flawless event delivery. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve operational issues with confidence. Monitor departmental costs, equipment, and supplies while maintaining compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
