Banquet Event Server

Banquet Event Server in a private-club setting responsible for providing exceptional service across event spaces. Duties include preparing, executing, and closing out scheduled events; serving and clearing food and beverages; setting tables with china, silver, and glassware; assisting with setup and breakdown of events; attending training (e.g., wine training, banquet training); and maintaining courteous communication with members and guests. Must be able to work 8–10 hour shifts, lift up to 30 lbs, and operate a POS system. Massachusetts TIPS Certification is required; prior exposure to a private club environment is preferred. Uniforms include a white shirt and black slacks; emphasize teamwork, initiative, and professionalism.
