Banquet Event Server

Oversee and enhance the dining experience for guests by maintaining positive relationships with team members and reporting service or product issues to management. Perform opening duties including setting tables, polishing glasses, and replenishing condiments, while engaging guests and checking on their satisfaction. Execute closing duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, and preparing linens for laundry. Carry plates on trays or utilize synchronized service. Attend pre-shift meetings to update knowledge of special orders and discuss service matters. This role requires a minimum of two years of banquet serving experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day. Candidates must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
