Job Summary
Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils used during events while operating and maintaining dishwashing machines. Store clean items neatly in designated places and keep the dishwashing area spotless, including regular surface and floor cleaning. Manage trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal, and collaborate with banquet and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain high cleanliness standards. Pitch in with additional tasks to support the overall success of our events. This role requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including workweeks exceeding 40 hours.
