Job Summary
Banquet Cook prepares, cooks, and plates dishes for member meals and events while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities include setting up and stocking workstations, coordinating with kitchen staff to prepare and cook menu items, ensuring food is served hot and of high quality, garnishing and presenting final dishes, and performing carving and buffet station duties. Maintain food safety standards (HACCP), monitor inventory and cleanliness of the kitchen, and perform other duties as required.
